Freda's Retreat is the perfect get away. It's a beautiful cottage, wonderful surroundings, nicely decorated, warm, clean and very spacious. Hot tub and pool were a fabulous bonus. Great place for couples, families or friends. Would certainly recommend and definitely hope to return, but for longer this time!

Excellent cottage with very good facilities particulary the hot hub and small pool. Warm and comfortable with everything you would hope for as relaxing holiday place to stay. Would reccommend it.

This was an absolutely faultless holiday! Fantastic facilities, pool and hot tub were fantastic. Loads of things to see and do within easy reach by car. Pleasurewood hills fantastic for 3-10 year olds! Overall a very well priced fantastic holiday! Thank you.

We stayed at Freda's Retreat for 2 weeks and found the property to be clean, well appointed and close to all of the local amenities. The owners were also on hand to help out with information and went out of their way to make sure that us and the kids enjoyed our holiday. There is so much to do in the local area, all within a 30 minute drive. So if you like walking, birdwatching or just visiting sleepy little coastal towns, then this holiday cottage is for you. I can't recommend it highly enough. Our 2 weeks was one of the most relaxing and tranquil holidays i have ever had... a true retreat.

A superb country converted barn with extra little features, comfortable, warm and friendly. Peaceful and relaxing, what more can you want! Superb value for money and we will definitely go back.
